Home Life
I have been actively involved in British traditional music for a number of years. As well as playing fiddle, anglo-concertina and melodeon, I also presented Make it Folky on Cambridge based 209Radio where I was on the board of directors, and I also sat on the board of the Ely Folk Festival.
I have been an Amateur Genealogist since the mid 1990s. A summary of my research is available here (please note these pages have not been updated since 2005, so may contain many broken links – I will update when time allows).
At my home in Essex I keep bees and hens, I have a Cocker Spaniel and two cats. I also manage a hobby weather station for the village of Ashdon, and can occasionally be found engaging in the geeky practice of geocaching – you’ll find my stats bar below.
